HOW IT WORKS: before you ever commit
The DAKUTX process
Six steps, start to finish.
01
Agree the scope
We review your products, audience and ordering model together. The written proposal sets out what is included, what is charged separately, and who does each step.
02
Sign and start onboarding
Onboarding begins once you have signed and the onboarding payment has cleared. We record the assets, measurements and approvals we need.
03
Build the storefront
We configure your storefront or ordering workflow and prepare your approved product information.
04
Launch
Typically around eight weeks from signing, though timing depends on scope and approvals. Billing starts only once you are live, not before.
05
Take orders
Approved orders move into production and fulfilment. You always see the price and delivery estimate before a customer pays.
06
Report
Production is coordinated against the approved order. You get the tracking and reporting set out in your agreement.
Before you decide
Three things worth knowing before you call.
The detail sits in the written scope. These are the parts that decide whether it is worth your time.
You see the scope in writing first
The proposal sets out the range, what is included, what is charged separately and who is responsible for each step. Nothing begins until it is signed.
The subscription starts when you are live
Not when you sign. A preview, a staging page or an internal test is not a launch, and is not billed as one.
Around eight weeks, as an estimate
Timing depends on scope, approvals, samples and third parties. An estimate is a guide, not a billing trigger.
Start with a call.
The written scope comes out of that conversation. Nothing is committed before you have read it.
