Labels
Bring your label into made-to-order production:
DAKUTX works with emerging and established fashion labels to define an agreed product range, manufacturing requirements and digital ordering or storefront services. The objective is a clear commercial scope: what is being made, how it is ordered, what the label controls, what DAKUTX coordinates and what is charged separately.
What your proposal should cover:
- The styles and product categories included in the program.
- Existing designs supplied by the label and any separately agreed development work.
- Available fabrics, trims, product specifications, sizing and measurement requirements.
- The storefront or ordering workflow, authorised users, roles and reporting access.
- Sampling, approvals, production, fulfilment and customer-care responsibilities.
- Any private-label elements, integrations, custom development or third-party services.
- The legal seller, payment flow, product pricing responsibility and data responsibilities where relevant.
Design ownership and product access:
The written proposal or agreement records ownership of the label’s existing designs and materials and defines the rights in any new work. Access to a shared product library does not by itself make a style exclusive to one label. If exclusivity is required, it must be expressly defined before development or launch.
Costs and billing:
Onboarding, samples, development, monthly platform services, garment production, delivery, integrations and additional work are identified separately before commitment. The proposal states the applicable charges, the term and what is not included.
Onboarding begins after signing and payment of the agreed onboarding fee. Monthly platform billing begins only when the agreed vendor storefront is live and launched. Approximately eight weeks from signing may be used as a planning estimate where appropriate, but it is not a billing trigger or guaranteed launch date.
Choosing the right scope:
DAKUTX should not rely on plan names alone to describe value. Before a paid label plan is activated, the written schedule should identify active-style allowances, users and roles, locations, product categories, measurement functionality, support, integrations, hosting/domain responsibilities, production and freight charging, data access,
term and cancellation. If two label tiers cannot be objectively distinguished across those fields, DAKUTX should present one quoted Labels Program until the difference is defined.
