How it Works

1. Agree the range and commercial scope:
DAKUTX reviews the products, audience, ordering model and operational requirements. The written proposal sets out what is included, what is charged separately and who is responsible for each step. For paid programs, the final order form should identify the legal customer, products, users, locations, service inclusions, exclusions, charges,
term, cancellation, data and IP arrangements.

2. Sign and begin onboarding:
Onboarding begins after the relevant agreement is signed and the agreed onboarding payment has cleared. The team then records the required assets, products, measurements, samples, approvals and implementation tasks.

3. Prepare the storefront or program:
DAKUTX configures the agreed storefront or ordering workflow, prepares the approved product information and completes the required launch tasks. Samples, original development, integrations and other additional work are handled according to the written scope.

4. Complete launch acceptance:
The target is typically around eight weeks after signing where that estimate is appropriate, but timing depends on scope, prompt payment, assets, sampling, approvals and third-party dependencies. An estimate is not a billing trigger.
A paid subscription begins only when the agreed vendor storefront is live, launched and operational under the agreed acceptance process. A private preview, staging page, unfinished landing page or internal test is not the Launch Date.

5. Take accepted orders:
Approved orders move through the agreed ordering, production and fulfilment process. Before a consumer pays, the relevant product status, legal seller, price, charges, production estimate and delivery estimate should be displayed for that transaction.

6. Produce, fulfil and report:
Production is coordinated according to the approved order and available materials. Tracking is provided when the carrier supplies it. Business partners receive the reporting and account access stated in their agreement. If a material estimate changes, the legal seller explains the available options to the customer.
