Enterprise
A program designed around your operating requirements:
Enterprise is for organisations whose requirements go beyond a standard quoted program - for example multiple locations, custom approval paths, systems integration, separately scoped reporting, complex user permissions or a staged rollout.
How Enterprise is scoped:
DAKUTX first assesses feasibility. The parties then document the proposed implementation, responsibilities, milestones, access permissions, service arrangements, integration responsibilities, support model and commercial terms. Nothing is treated as included simply because it appears elsewhere on the website.
Integrations and service levels:
An integration, dedicated resource, response time, data exchange or service level is included only where it is expressly specified in the written proposal and agreement. DAKUTX should not use “priority”, “dedicated” or “premium” as substitutes for a measurable deliverable.
Commercial structure:
Enterprise pricing is provided by written quote. The quote should state any setup work, recurring services, third-party costs, garment/product charges, freight, term, minimum commitment, renewal and exit treatment before signature. A negotiated fixed-term Enterprise arrangement should not be described publicly as a cancel-anytime
monthly plan unless that is in fact the agreed term.
