Creator Partnership

This page is a public commercial summary. The signed creator agreement and commercial schedule control the actual partnership.

Scope:
The signed documents identify the agreed products, landing-page setup, onboarding work and fee, commission calculation, invoice and payment timing, content responsibilities, launch process, intellectual-property treatment, term, cancellation and customer-data arrangements.

Onboarding and monthly fees:
Under the recommended structure, the Creator Partnership uses a one-time onboarding fee and no monthly creator subscription. Samples, original development and additional services may be quoted separately. If DAKUTX agrees to waive or alter an onboarding fee for a named partner, that change should appear in the signed commercial schedule rather than in a general website promise.

Commission:
The creator earns 20% of the agreed product RRP excluding any GST included in that price, delivery, handling and other separate charges, before DAKUTX-funded promotional discounts. Refunds, cancellations and chargebacks can adjust the corresponding commission. The signed agreement governs invoicing, payment timing and lawful
deductions or transaction adjustments.

Content and promotion:
The creator provides approved brand assets and content and promotes the range as agreed. Commercial relationships must be disclosed clearly when content is paid, gifted, commission-based or otherwise incentivised. Product, price, fit, quality, production, origin and sustainability claims must remain accurate and supportable.

IP and exclusivity:
Creators retain their pre-existing brand assets. Any ownership, licence or exclusivity arrangement for newly developed products must be recorded in writing before development. Access to a shared product library does not itself create exclusivity.

Customer data:
Customer information is handled under the agreement and Privacy Policy. A creator does not automatically receive an exportable customer marketing list or unrestricted direct marketing rights through participation in the program.
