Business Program

Written scope before commitment:
DAKUTX business programs are enquiry-led and scope-led. Viewing a page, submitting a form or receiving a general email does not enrol a customer in a paid program or accept a proposal.

The order form is the source of truth:
Before a paid program is activated, the customer should receive a written order form or commercial schedule identifying the legal customer, program, applicable charges, setup scope and the operational entitlements actually included.
- Included products, active styles and how a style is defined.
- Variants, custom development and any sample/revision allowance.
- Named users, roles, stores and locations.
- Permitted product categories and whether products are shared-library or exclusive.
-  Measurement functionality and responsibility for measurement collection.
- Support channel and stated support hours.
-  Integrations, hosting and domain responsibility.
- Production pricing, garment charges, freight and any processing or third-party charges.
-  Term, renewal, cancellation, launch acceptance and refund treatment.
-  Intellectual-property treatment and permitted data access/export.
- Seller and customer-care responsibility where consumer orders are involved.

Onboarding and Launch Date:
Onboarding begins after the relevant agreement is signed and the agreed onboarding payment clears. Required assets, products, measurements, samples and approvals are then prepared according to the written scope.

For a paid subscription, recurring billing begins only on the actual Launch Date - the date the agreed vendor storefront or ordering program is live, the intended customer or enquiry flow works, required launch conditions are complete and DAKUTX confirms launch under the agreed process. A private preview, unfinished page or internal
test is not the Launch Date.

No hidden entitlement by plan name:
Words such as Access, Growth, Pro, premium, priority, unlimited or dedicated should not be treated as a service specification. The written order form must define the measurable difference. If a proposed tier does not have a clear additional entitlement, DAKUTX should quote one defined program rather than advertise an artificial distinction.

Additional costs:
Samples, product development, materials, garment production, freight, duties, payment processing, third-party software, integrations, travel and other additional work are included only where the proposal says they are included. Any minimum commitment should be stated in a way that lets the customer understand the total before accepting it.

Signed documents control:
The signed agreement and order form control the commercial relationship. The website is a public explanation of the model; it does not silently change a signed contract or create a service entitlement that is absent from the written scope.
