Accessibility
DAKUTX aims to make its website, enquiry process and essential customer information usable across common mobile and desktop devices. Accessibility is an ongoing operational responsibility rather than a one-time statement.
Using the website:
DAKUTX should test key customer journeys for keyboard navigation, visible focus states, readable text and contrast, mobile layouts, meaningful link labels, form labels and errors, and accessible alternatives for important non-text content. The published site should not claim a formal accessibility certification or conformance level unless that has been independently assessed and can be supported.
If you need assistance:
If you cannot access information, complete a form or use a feature, contact admin@dakutx.com and explain the page or task you are trying to use. DAKUTX will provide a reasonable alternative route where practicable, such as supplying the information in another format or assisting with the enquiry process.
Feedback:
Accessibility feedback is useful when it identifies the page, feature, device or assistive technology involved. DAKUTX can use that information to investigate and prioritise improvements. Do not include passwords, full payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information in an accessibility email.
Known limitations and third-party services:
Some third-party applications, payment services, media or embedded tools may have accessibility limitations outside DAKUTX’s direct control. Where a third-party feature creates a material barrier in an essential customer journey, DAKUTX should provide an alternative route where reasonably practicable and raise the issue with the relevant provider.
Ongoing review:
The site should be retested when major theme, navigation, form or application changes are released. Policy links, form errors, checkout information and contact routes should be checked on both mobile and desktop.
